Lagging PC without any reason

Hi,

I discover today with surprise that my pc started to lag sometimes. It is even worst in game. I checked my CPU usage it is fine. My GC is fine as well. I also check my SDD, it runs between 50-59 degrees. I feel like it's correct. I did a full antivirus and malware scan as well, but nothing.

Do you have any idea how I can find the issue here ? Any software or scan to run ?

Check if there are any Windows updates running in the background.

Are you having the issue when online or it's present on local apps too?
Did any changes were made to your system recently?
Were any updates installed recently (check update history).
Run Disk Cleanup or CCleaner and see if helps

It's definitely local, my pc keeps freezing and lagging. It comes and it goes.
I didn't do any changes recently. I already tried Disk Cleaner and CCleaner, but nothing.

I also tried to upgrade all drivers on my pc, still no success.

Task gestionnary

I think this is quite odd. My cpu runs in game at 95%. And if i'm not playing, it goes bewteen 25% and 60%. When I play I don't feel the freeze when I run, straf or even fire with my left click. But, when I move my mouse right and left, it starts freezing hard.

But I know it has nothing to do with the mouse, I tried 2 other ones and same stuff. I also tried to uninstall the drivers, but nothing. I also tried to reinstall my nvidia drivers, still nothing.

If you are just browsing the web, the CPU should be hovering around 5% and should go above 12%.
Check the Task Manager and see which process is taxing your CPU.
I found a similar issue on a system after it was updated to Fall Creators Update. I had to go back to previous version to fix the issue.
