Lags On Every PC Games

I have recently played counter strike:global offensive and ww3 and also some other games..but after a few months i start becoming laggy on all of the games.I check the ping bar on every game of mine but it was fine.So i guess what is actually the problem and how do i solve it?

Sometimes your ping will be fine, even though your connection is bad. It could also be hardware limitations, or unwanted programs running in the background hogging memory.
