[SOLVED] Lan house builds

Basically a bunch of my friends and I are planning to get this place for us to come and chill whenever(about 7-10 of us will be regularly there), and we want to sort out a lan setup 5 gaming set ups. I want help on deciding the PC build as well as the monitor (peripherals are all done already). 1 of the computers should be able to play 1440p at 100-120Hz max settings, the other 4 should be for 1080p 144Hz max settings.
Budget isn't an issue, so suggest away.

There is no real difference between 1440 at 100 and 1080 at 144. You are looking at about $1,000 per system without the monitor.

Since budget is not an issue, just get an i7 with a GTX 2070 or 1070 video card, will be plenty for 1080 at 144hz. 500gb SSD should be enough for things.
