okay so my proxy sever settings are always on when i don't want them too be and it wont let me stay checked on change to "automatically detect settings" can someone help picture is in the link so you can see the detail.

That sounds like malware, is it your proxy that it uses, do you recognize the IP??

there's no address there it's blank.....
