LAN Stop working after power failure

Hello Everybody

I have ASUS Maximus IV Extreme-Z LGA 1155 Intel Z68 which comes with 2 LAN Inputs
when the power fails every time the second lan stop working and when i plug internet cable on it the leds of that lan not flashing and the lan act as not connected same as the pic below

only when i trurn off the pc and make safe BIOS rest the LAN back working but again when the power failures the same LAN stop working i did update the bios several times but still not hepling to fix the problem and now i can't figure out if this hardware problem or software related

Any help appreciated

Have you updated to the latest drivers? Which OS are you running?

All Drivers already up to date and have changed several times, Problem exist even while i'm not in windows during the boot of BIOS the LAN leds used to flash even the windows not loaded but the LAN which got the problem doesn't flash

Sounds like a MB problem. I would contact Asus Tech Support.
