Hi there I've just configured a laptop from pc specialist an it's a 17 inch recoil series .rtx 4090 and i913900hx with 1tb m.2 and 32gb ram 2560x1600 can anyone recommend pc specialist I've had a desktop from them but never a laptop. As I'm just curious about the temps and build quality although they do offer a 2 year warranty. Many thanks.

I do not know of them and trying to go to the website, no matter how I try, it says access denied. Kind of a red flag to me.

That being said, I have bought from boutique pc resellers. Sager, using Clevo chassis, others that do both desktop and laptop custom configs. So for me to not know of them in the US (it appears they are UK) is not uncommon.

But do your due diligence and see if it looks above board. I would go on reviews, but to me, your previous experience tops anything I can read elasewhere.

Thank you for asking this. I am also interested in Recoil series, I think this one is fairly new. I read some reviews from past recoil models saying usually cooling is not good but I see this new one as liquid cooling available to purchase separately which is about 150 euro. I think it worths to purchase it as I see from other reviews that Recoil series can overheat.

I had a laptop from them years ago(£2K, i7 4700MQ dedicated GTX, 2x 2.5hdd slots +1 ssd+DVDthat could accomodate another HDD)
yes i could fit 3HDDs and 1xmSata SSD crazy great.
Served me well for 5 years and suddenly died after plugging USB light into it(i guess it was short circuit).
I was extremely happy until it died. There is not many "spares repair" PcSpecialist laptops on eBay so I simply was unlucky.
It was either a light that worked like "USB KILLER" or cheap capacitors on PC Specialist motherboard.
My Motherboard died. but because it was such a good laptop and never failed me within 5 years (5 years is lifespan of 50% of other laptops).
I STILL WOULD RECOMMEND PC SPECIALIST.

your specification looks good btw
