LAptop and gaming pc dual streaming setup

I have ryzen 9 5900x
rx 6950xt
32gb ram
2tb nvme ssd

I am trying to live stream from this but itb is soo laggy and choppy, pixelated, and LQ. i thought it would work, ,y setup is really nice and i have the best cpu and cpu but this happens

I think its because of the encoder which is there on Streamlabs and obs, there is no suitable encoder there showing for me. ive seen other streamers use AMD AMF h246 something like that but i dont have that


I have trried using NDI with my laptop which has ryzen 7 4800h and gtx 1660 ti and its ok and not that great

if i am able to use my main pc for streaming then it will b egreat because it has the best pc parts in it

Now if your stream is pixelated, this means the bitrate is too low. If you have the bandwidth you can increase the bitrate, but if you don't you will have to reduce your streaming resolution and frame rate.
