Ok I have a mid 2015 MSI GE72 2QD Apache, so yeah this is kind the first problem that happen to this laptop so far for the last 4 years running smoothly but recently a problem happens...

This is the first time for it, when I start the laptop it happens to open directly into the bios menu recovery under the recovery its says something like an image failed load something like that, not sure why but I try to load the bios in it default setting.

After doing it, the laptop goes silent the fan stops and the screen when blank (black screen) no sound from any of it hardware can be heard from that point, I try to start it up again same thing happens nothing, but plug in the AC charger the battery lit up, but the laptop just wont boot up and stays silent with a blank screen...

So what's the problem and how to I solve it?

Noted, but how do I open the bios if my laptop won't start well it start but only the power, keyboard and battery lights up...the laptop stays silent and blank

Yes, I missed that.

This is a long shot, but can't hurt to try:
  • Se if you find how you can reset cmos for this particular computer.
  • Replace bios battery (if you measure* voltage over it being too low).
  • Try run it by ac adapter without battery installed.
* Manual measurement using a simple voltmeter.
