Laptop booting issue [SOLVED]

Hey so my Laptop just got reset whilst it was resetting I blew a fuse so the laptop didn't get charged and it died. So now when I switch it on the screen trys to load but then switches off

Is it the screen alone that doesn't start up or is it the whole laptop?

Got the issue fixed using some good old recovery mode.
All working now.
