Question Laptop cannot detect ssd after crash

My laptop crashed last night while I was using. The famous blue screen, after the restart it cannot detected my ssd and it says Default boot device missing or boot failed. I can only get into to bios and bios too can’t detect my ssd. I can’t open my computer, I tried formatting using usb but it still not detected the ssd , I tried to recover my files using Ubuntu it’s not worked either. I can’t open my pc and i cant open it up and check cables and I don’t know what to do.

I would try doing a secure erase of the SSD. Some boards (even in newer laptops) have that option in the bios. Then you would need to do a clean install and reload data from backup.

I don’t have a backup and I couldn’t find how to secure erase on bios.

Unfortunate that you don't have backup, as the data is probably lost.
To secure erase the drive you will need to create a bootable USB stick with the free version of partition master and will then need to reinstall your OS and programs.
