[SOLVED] Laptop can't detect any network

Hi there!

My parents have a dell inspiron laptop that was bought in 2011. Yesterday when I used chrome and a new website was about to load in, suddenly Chrome said "No Internet". I checked the icon on the tray and there was the red cross on the internet icon. Since then it can't detect any wireless network. Other devices (phones, my computer) have no problem at all.

Things I tried:
restart computer
restart router

I think it is a N5010, but I'm not sure about that.
OS: WIndows 7 Professional 32bit

How can I solve this problem?

Note: We dont' have ethernet cable, every device connected to the internet through Wi-Fi.

There should be a button that controls WiFi. You may have accidentally pressed it. I think that might be F2 for your model.

Try Fn + F2 keys (keep Fn key pressed then press F2)
