Laptop can't detect my wifi after restarting router

I recently restarted my router while using my laptop and my laptop couldn't detect my wifi, however it could detect my neighbour's wifi.My other devices could detect my wifi. its only my laptop

Things i've tried

Restarting laptop
Uninstalling and reinstalling network adapter
Restarting router
