Laptop Cooling Pad

Hello,
Can anyone suggest me any laptop cooling pads for keeping the temps of my Dell xps 15 9560 low on medium or heavy load? Also has anybody tried any combination with a cooling pad and some noctua fans or something?

Trouble with cooling pads is the laptop legs raises the laptop a bit and leak air out the sides. For best positive air flow when using cooling pads is insulate around the underside of the laptop to block any gaps between laptop and pad to force all air up and through the laptop. Foam seal tape should do the job.

Obviously if you insulate the laptop underside, it'll have to remain on the cooling pad always or have something elevate laptop if you ever take it off the pad.
