Laptop cpu at 80-85 degrees while gaming

Hi, I recently bought an Asus Zenbook Flip 15 (UX561UD). Included was an i7-8550u intel processor and a GTX 1050. I've been playing The Witcher 3 on it lately and my cpu seems to always average at 80-85 degrees while I'm playing. Is it normal for my cpu to be this hot, and how long would my laptop last if I was to keep gaming on it like this?

Laptop cpu temps will never rival those of desktops...

Be glad it is not actually overheating and throttling, like many 'gaming laptops', frankly..

If your talking Fahrenheit that is NOTHING

you can likely rest assured those temps are in C, and not Fahrenheit....

What about getting something that will help with the heat off the laptop like an Laptop Cooling Pad and see if that helps!

nothing wrong with 80s, if you hit 90s i would start to have some concerns. laptop components are build to handle higher temps.

buying a cooling pad, and making sure laptop vents arent blocked is always a good thing .
