[SOLVED] Laptop does not have a HDD?

So, my gf bought this laptop long time ago, hopefully I'm not mistaken but this is the exact model.

Now the problem.
Since the start it never had hdd and always had that error when it boots: "Your hardware settings have changed. Please reboot your computer for these changes to take effect!!"

Disk management only shows "Lenovo" and "windows", both a lot Lower than 1TB( that should've been), what might be the problem?

You have 256GB drive (not 1TB). It's most likely SSD.

You can check model name of your drive in Device Manager.

So, that Laptop I posted in OP is basically the same laptop with different memory?

SSD/HDD is storage (not memory).

I don't know, what laptop you have. Model name should be written on underside of the laptop. It's probably slightly different number, than in your link. Or it has been upgraded from HDD to SSD later.
