The laptop model is IdeaPad 3 15IIL05. Long ago I have installed 4gb ram stick to already soldered 4gb and it worked fine for 2 years. However, recently I tried changing the 4gb ramstick with 16gb stick. It booted, showed the 20gb total memory and worked fine for 2 hours. However, after it I got BSOD "driver overran stack buffer". Now when I try to boot the pc with old and new ram stick it won't boot at all, only if I remove any ram stick from the free slot, only then it boots. How to fix that?

The cpu is i5-1035g1
The new stick is SODIMM Patriot Signature Line [PSD416G320081S].
I can't test it using memtest86 probably because I can't even load the bios using novo button when install old or new ram stick. Somebody said that the problem might be with drivers, is there way to get to default drivers or maybe reset bios using "reset to setup mode" option in bios ?
