Question Laptop for Game Development ?

I have found this laptop on amazon:

It is an ASUS TUF A16 with these specs
-Radeon Rx 7700S 8gb VRAM
-AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS
-64GB DDR5 Ram
-2 TB SSD

I’m looking to get into Game Development through UE5 and other development software and play some light games here and there. My main concern is if this laptop would be able to handle small projects in UE5 and hang with me as I progress and create bigger, more advanced projects. Unsure of what types of games, to start, 2d games and then start adventuring into 3d
