Question Laptop for Statistics & CIV 6

Good morning!
It looks like I need a new laptop. I bought my last one second-hand and the battery was already broken. So this time it should be new.

My requirements:

- MS Office

- Wordpress

- Google

- My keyboards always break quickly because I type a lot and aggressively. As resistant as possible.

- Counter Strike 2

- CIV 6

- Statistics programs like R Commander, Stata, SPSS

Budget: 400-500€

I know that I have to make compromises for the money.
