i have a friend with a laptop who is playing league of legends and his fps is low while his pc is in max perfomance, its gpu its in nvidia graphics card, and not with the interogated intel,in the past i fixed this issue again at his laptop, but suddenly something happened while he unplugged his power and since then he gets low fps,i have checked forums,i have seen videos, now he gets 30-50 fps, when the problem was fixed his fps was over 100 all the time, can someone plz help?

You said he gets the lower fps after he unplugged his computer right? The computer probably is not set to high performance mode. Set it to that. Some laptops lower graphics power when the laptop is unplugged so the battery lowers slower. If he plugs it back in does he get normal fps again?

even if it is plugged in and also in max performance and also with graphics card to nvidia still low fps,the last time i just went to nvidia control panel and changed from from auto select to nvidia high prossecor,i dont know what to do now,i tried everything

Tell him to check his Power Saving settings in the Control Panel.

its already at high perfomance, not balanced
