Question Laptop freezing and battery light flashing orange ?

My Asus G164 laptop (and several of my friends laptops) freezes randomly while browsing the web or playing games or in rest mode, and the battery light flashes orange. We have no choice but to turn the laptop off with the it's power button. Does anyone have a solution for this issue? All drivers - BIOS and Windows 11 have been updated to the latest version.

Out of curiosity, did the issue crop up out of the blue or did you undergo an OS update that lead to the issue cropping up? You might want to see if the laptop's rear portion is lifted up a little with an eraser to help introduce cooler ambient air into the venting system to cool your laptop.

What games are you referring to here? Where did you source said games from?

I have bought the laptop for 1 month. And this problem happened all of a sudden. I even changed Windows and the problem persisted. Now this problem has increased to such an extent that it does not even allow Windows to be installed and it freezes. The only way is to reduce the number of cpu cores, then it won't freeze. I don't know the reason.
