Laptop game stutter?

Hello everyone I recently purchased a brand new laptop i7 6700HQ GTX 960M and I am experience constant stutter after playing for 20 minutes when playing GTA V I even put it to the lowest settings at 720P but didn't change anything so it is not a component problem than apwhat is it? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks, cheers!! 😀

Edit: My CPU temperatures hovers around 70 C (too hot?) when under full load, GPU hovers around 60-62 C is it temperature related?

It's not temperature may just be gta v it does it on my i5 gtx 1070 pc too but no other game does

Ok guess I will wait to see if anyone comes up with an answer to this
