[SOLVED] Laptop gaming performance degrading unexpectedly

I’m on a Dell G7 7588, and for awhile it has been working fine, until it started lagging on games it shouldn’t like GTAV and Destiny 2. I resolved the problem the first time by wiping the computer and reinstalling windows, which worked for a little bit, but now I’m starting to lag on GTA, even after messing with the setting, which it was working fine the other day. Anybody have suggestions?

Download intel xtu and first try -100mv undervolt :

Benchmark before and after , look for temperatures and thermal throttling.
