Question Laptop gets slower with every restart.

If I close the laptop lid - I will have crackles and pops (audio drop-outs and stutters)
If I restart - the laptop becomes considerably slower with everything it does.
If I hibernate - there is 30% chance the laptop will be 3 to 4 times slower. (from 100 to 30 fps for example)
All of this is solved if I shut down and boot with the on button.
Reinstalling windows did not help. (I switched from ltsc enterprise to pro via an iso)
I have a ROG Strix G15

Specs:

Processor Intel Core i7-10750H 6 x 2.6 - 5 GHz, Comet Lake-H

Graphics adapter NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Mobile

Memory 16384 MB

Display 15.60 inch 16:9, 1920 x 1080 pixel 141 PPI, 144 Hz

Storage 512 GB SSD

OS Windows 10 Pro

Stop pirating using software from shadow places. Download ISO from Microsoft, and start fresh. That's the only way to see whether this is hardware related or not.

I did install the iso from Microsoft. What "shadow places" are you talking about?
Also I currently do not have a reliable backup drive to backup my files on, so I can't "start fresh"
