[SOLVED] Laptop goes to sleep with every option

Hello, I have the ASUS ZenBook UM433DA-R7BVXSB1 and everytime I try to shutdown or restart (even after disabling fast-start option) it goes to sleep. The power button has a LED that blinks sometimes in this sleeping state. Whenever I press a key it turns back on and sometimes just stays in a black screen.

Can you please try resetting the Power Options to their factory defaults?

If that doesn't help, please try Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command and see if it fixes the issue.

The power options are at Start -> Settings -> System -> Power and sleep. On my Dell Inspiron laptop my settings are 10 min. on battery and 25 min. plugged in for the screen. Then for sleep it's 1 hr. on battery and 3 hrs. plugged in. If you don't see an option to reset to factory settings, you could try these; I don't have that problem, and I don't see the factory settings option in Settings.
There are additional settings via the Control Panel, but hopefully the above will get you what you need.

I reinstalled windows 10 and it's working for now. If it happens again I will post here.
