Long story short my laptop IS NOT OVERHEATING 100% positive on that but I started a benchmark to see what the problem is and when I run the GPU stress test its ok and the CPU stress test is ok but running them together like simulating a video game makes the GPU usage to drop and eventually just turn off the PC

Is the laptop using an integrated GPU/CPU or dedicated GPU like the nVidia 960 gtx ?

If the GPU is an intel 4000 or something similar then you might still have a heat issue since running a CPU and GPU test separately may not be heat loading the entire chip. Have you used some canned air to blow out the fans and vents ?

its a dedicated AMD chip I thought it was overheating so I cleaned it up all over and bought a vacum cooler and still like after I cleaned it I had a the same benchmark with no problem cpu and gpu together I played for a few hours on it and then it started making this problem where it just decides to shut down I reset my bios to the default settings its the latest BIOS version I checked my graphics drivers and the thing that makes me wonder is that why does it happen after 4-5 hours of gameplay although its far from overheating temps as I said everything is cooled and I have a pump on it
- edit I even had the GPU clocks boosted a little bit as I do normaly and it had great temps GPU never went over 70 and cpu was around 75-8 and that is pretty good for my laptop from my experience

http://prntscr.com/gg4py6 here is a screenshot as u see temps are good and eventually when I tried playing these drops kinda lowered but then it crashed again so I didnt really keep it up alote on this screenshot so that I can capture it btw when the gpu goes back to 99 its because I stopped the CPU test
