Laptop HDD works on PC?

Can i use it as capacity ?

Yes, it will work in a desktop (if you can mount it, preferably).

Keep in mind that laptop drives are typically much slower than desktop drives, and one of that capacity is probably pretty old. Check out disk health before putting important data on it.

It's only a 5400RPM drive , so if you use it in a new setup , only use it for storage , you want a 7200RPM or a SSD for an OS DRIVE.

But also i have one 250GB 7200RPM im thinking about puting all disks in

I always use a clean install , because I'm backed up to the cloud. I prefer clean installs.

Install it, boot in to Windows, then test it with SeaTools:
