Users are advised to stylize their thread with info asked of in this thread;
and the community will chime in with worthwhile suggestions. This site and the majority of it's userbase are located in the USA, so it's best you pass on sites you have access to, so as to avoid going back and forth(time wasting).

As for the laptop you've found, mind sharing the link to it?

How much do you value portability?
17" will be a bit heavier.
If the unit might be used outside, look for a screen with more brightness.
Cheaper units will be 300 nits, the best will be 500 nits.
If you are a touch typist, look at the Lenovo thinkpad units, they have good keyboards.

You might want to go to a laptop review site to see what they think about the unit in question.

Increasingly, ram quantity is fixed. get enough up front.

oh i misunderstood the Question , i won't be using it outdoors so weight / brightness shouldn't be an issue. obviously don't want a bad display either.

Also can use mouse with it , Should be fine with that but.

Makes sense.
If you can, go see some candidates in person.
Failing that, go to a review site that compares products.
One might be rtings.com:
