laptop i7 or desktop i5 streaming

I stream on twitch and i am planning to buy a pc. but because my parents are divorced i only can buy me a laptop or a mini pc. the laptop has a i7 8750h 16g ram and a 1050ti . And the mini pc an i5 8400 8g ram and a 1060 6g but i will upgrade the ram to 16 then. So whats the best choiche for streaming.

The laptop is the MSI GF63 8RD-051BE Azerty
the mini pc is MSI Trident 3 8RC-086EU. Cant build myself have zero experience. I am currently playing fortnite. And gta 5 also have a 144hz monitor so much fps possible. I live in belgium. my budget is max 1150€. Thanks for the help
