Hello,
I've got myself a brand new ASUS Zenbook 14 (UM3402YA-KN173W) laptop
Specs:
Ryzen 5625U
AMD Radeon (TM) graphics. (I'm confused because in some articles it says that it's Vega 7 for that CPU)
16Gb (2x8gb) Ram(LPDDR4x)
My question is that, I might remember it wrong but out of 16gb, I was able to use 14Gb ram only because of allocation for the igpu. But I tried to install recent amd drivers, had some troubles so I rollbacked. However now system sees that the ram 15.4gb available. (AMD drivers show that igpu has 512mb ram)
There is no option to change ram allocation in the BIOS.
My questions are:
Do I remember it wrong that it was more allocated ram or am I mistaken?
Is there any kind of system log in Windows about showing ram usage history?
If somehow that iGPU ram has been changed, how can I change it back to normal without BIOS?
When I'm browsing only from my laptop, igpu ram usage reaching 80% around with 55C degrees of igpu with very loud fan. (My resolution is at QHD+ 16:10 90hz)
And I worry that it's not gonna be enough in less than a year.
Thank you.
