[SOLVED] Laptop infinite reboot loop & I can't access BIOS or Recovery ?

The PC turns off completely at the splash screen then turns on again.

Doesn't matter how many times this happens it won't go into Recovery mode,
and I can't enter the BIOS, not even by using the "Novo" button 'cos when pressing it the same thing happens -- it just turns off and on again.

I don't have a problem re installing Windows but how can I do that when I can't even select a boot device ?

Have you tried turning on and off three times in a row. On third powering on it should/maybe load in to recovery mode.

Can you get access to the mobo/cmos battery ? If you can unplug your laptop from out let, take out cmos battery for about a minute. Replace cmos battery, plug in to outlet and see if it will start up.

I removed the hard drive and used a USB with windows 10 on it, it sent me to recovery, putting the hard drive back in causes the same problem.

I ordered an nmve SSD "Kingston nv1".

I'm not 100% sure it's the hard drive can you confirm? Or should I just try resetting the CMOS battery

OK then you don't need to remove battery. You can just reset settings to original/optimal settings in bios.. You can't install windows on the hard drive?

I can only access the bios if the hard drive is removed so no can't, I also reset the bios to default settings didn't help

Yes so then if the computer works when the hd is removed I think you found your problem then.
