Question Laptop input lag when the CPU is high

Hi, I have a HP 14-dk1013dx and I am suddenly starting to have input lag recently. I posted my questions on the HP forums but nobody wanted to help me (wonder why)
heres what I tried:
Turning on Radeon Anti-Lag
Running "control keyboard" command and setting repeat rate to fast
Filter Keys already disabled
Uninstalling stuff
Installing AMD chipset drivers
Graphics driver isn't the problem

When the CPU was high it never used to have input lag, but now it suddenly gets input lag now.

it depend on what the cpu is doing. what are you doing when it is high?

malware scan the system?
how full is the ssd?

73 GB used, no malware has been detected.
