Laptop is blanked

I have a Hp Intel notebook model 11-r015wm which will turn on only to a blinking caps lock and power button. In addition [strike]there is no battery to take out[/strike] the battery is non-removable.

please help me by giving advice and answer to my issue

Look up HP error blink codes for you model and see if those blinking lights mean anything. That should tell you where the issue is for you to look at.
