Laptop is not detecting USB Flash Drive

My Laptop is not is not detecting one of my USB Flash Drive. Other Flash Drive is detecting.
That Flash Drive is working in DVD Player.

It's almost certainly because you put the flash drive in a DVD player. It probably reformatted it into a filesystem that your PC can't read.
What kind of DVD player?
What does the flash drive show as in Device Manager?
