Laptop is so so slow, accidentally shutdown while updating windows 10 but works fine in safe mode

please help! I accidentally close the laptop and the battery went off while updating windows 10. Then its not booting up..I've tried the troubleshooting provided by windows but still doesn't work. Then suddenly I tried to restart again and it open but it became so slow that even just a click it takes like 30 mins before it will respond. please help..I tried the safe mode and it works fine but i dnt know what to do after i signed in in safe mode. my laptop is Asus FX533VD

Assuming your hard drive did not get damaged, start with a clean Windows setup again if the troubleshooting steps did not work. One of them should have been "reinstall while keeping your files" did you try that?
