I have a Lenovo laptop and I have no idea how this happened but it somehow switched from Windows 10 to 8.1
What happened was while it was still windows 10 it kept trying to update, I kept putting it off, then it shut itself off and when it came back on it kept repeating the message "your PC did not start correctly"
After trying multiple different ways to get it started I decided to just reset to factory but this somehow made it go to windows 8.1, now when I try to download 10 it says my gpu is not compatible and won't install
