Question Laptop keeps freezing.

lenovo ideapad gaming 3 16iah7, is my laptop.
I7 12th gen, 16GB, 1TB storage, Geforce RTX3060 laptop version.

During gaming my laptop freezes and i have to hard restart my laptop to make it work again. I boot everthing up again and in like 15-20 min it freezes again. I tried looking at the event viewer and personally I don't think it is a hardware problem due to it being brand new. Out of the errors I read I couldn't make out if it was/ is a software issue.

contact Lenovo for warranty.
don't they have any hardware diagnose tool?

can you check temperature of CPU ? all normal ?
