Question Laptop kept on 16v instead of 19v

So i have a variable voltage power supply for my laptop and on accident i kept it on 16v for a couple of days.Now i switched it back to 19 and the laptop takes a whole lot to load and when it loads you can't do anything on it it just freezes everytime you try to do something ,the laptop cpu fan doesn't want to start either.Thanks for your help.

What laptop model? What original voltage and current requirement? What current supply you use now (model nr and volts, amps and VA speccs if labeled) ?

That may damage the laptop battery or even the laptop motherboard too.
Disconnect the power core, and remove the battery, press the power button to draw all the power. Then put back the battery, and connect the power core to boot the laptop again.

If you still have the same problem, you should ask someone for help, like the local pc shop, to test the laptop.
