Question Laptop key keeps coming off when top portion is pressed (Pics + vid included)

I'm having a problem where if I press the top portion of my "S" key, it will get "stuck" slightly and then come off in the next press (both the keycap and the hinge). Is the hinge broken? How do I fix this?
