[SOLVED] Laptop Keyboard Issue

HP 15-f387wm - Some keys not working on keyboard. Bought replacement keyboard and same keys still not working. Obviously the problem is not the keyboard. Any clues where I should go from here?

1: Googling the problem mostly gets me info on how to replace keyboard
2: External keyboard works fine
3: Problem exists on every OS I install

Try the HP diagnostic software. If you still have the same, I also don't know what to do, sorry. Just use the external keyboard? replace the laptop? call local pc shop? buy other keyboard?
