Question laptop kuu a8

Hi all,

I got a portable pc kuu a8 with spec telling it's running with 8GB ram, but windows 10 64bit reports only 6GB of ram are usable.
So I tried to change max TOLUD value in bios from 2GB to 3GB and pc does not start over.

Reading some posts it seems bios is bricked and only way to restore is to reflash ?
Googling did not help me finding bios rom for that pc.

Could someone know where to look for bios file for kuu a8 with celeron j3455, it's AMI aptio bios.

Have a look in the handbook and see how you can clear the cmos.

Hi Grobe,
no clue in handbook.
screen remains black no access to bios.
I didn't see any jumper on motherboard to clear cmos.
