[SOLVED] Laptop not starting Windows 10

So i was downloading a game on steam and ny laptop bluescreened (didnt see the error) and i tried To restart the laptop and it got stuck In the manufacturer loading screen. Please help. Also it said something like srttrail.txt.

Try performing a system restore.
When your computer restarts 3 times or more, you’ll see the Boot options menu.
You could manually force this menu to appear by pressing and holding the power button to force shutdown 3 or more times as soon as you see Windows logo.
Follow the steps below to restore your system to a previous point when it was functioning without issues:

Click Troubleshoot > Advanced options.
Select System Restore from the open window .
if requested, enter administrator credentials .
Click Next to use the current restore point or select Choose a different restore point and then click Next.
If you selected the latter option, select a point where you’ll like your system to be restored and then click Next to start the restore process.
