Question Laptop overheats while idling

I have a Ideapad Gaming 3 with AMD Ryzen 5 4600H 3.00 GHz, 8gb RAM and Nvidia GTX 1650 Ti, but my laptop overheats even on idle. It generally is always above 50C both the CPU and GPU, and sometimes even goes up to 60C. When I play games, it goes up to almost 80C at times. It's fairly new, not even a year old. My room temp on no AC is 37-39C(yeah its hot here in my country) and 25C below on AC.

Hope you guys can help me with my overheating problem......
