[SOLVED] Laptop Overheats.

Overheating laptop even while using a cooling stand... Arctic MX-4 thermal paste.. and completely cleaned heatsink fins and fans with no dust clogging.

My Laptop:
Asus GL503GE

i5 8300H 4C/8T
Nvidia GTX 1050ti

I am facing the problem from the past 4-6 months. Earlier it used to run at around 80-85 under gaming load when cleaned. Would require a re-paste when I would notice the temps around 95-100. Usually due to dust clogging.
But recently, even after fresh pasting and dusting, i see under 90 temps for tops 4-8hrs... and it reaches back to 95-100C while gaming...

My processor goes up to 4GHz. but I have reduced the multiplier to run at 3.7GHz and have also undervolted stably. Using Throttlestop.
I am completely frustrated about this and need some help.

It Idles at around 50-55C..but any simple task will cause spikes to 65-80C.. constant loads result in temps around 75-85C. While any game results in at least 90+ temps( CSGO, Dota 2, Valorant). AAA titles at low settings lead to blue screen crashes.
It feels like my laptop is incompatible for non multiplayer FPS shooters(CSGO type games don't need much to run right?)

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Asus has disabled CPU voltage control in many of their laptops. Are you sure this is still working?
What are your settings?

Some people have problems when using MX-4 in laptops. It works great at first but within a week, temperatures go up and up. Try a different paste like Noctua NT-H2. You might find it has better long term performance when going over 90°C on a regular basis.
