Laptop performing bad.

My laptop is a few years old. It is an acer with an i7-3630qm processor, 16 GB ram, gt 650m graphics card. I noticed that nearly every game I play it is either low fps (even in hearthstone) or just stuttering. What could be the cause of this. I know it is not a really good laptop, but sometimes it performes so bad that I wanna cry.

What details are you playing on? Ultra/high etc. The problem could be the gpu not being able to keep up, and/or throttling of the gpu for power. 2 worst parts about gaming on a laptop =\

Everything on low, also the resolution on the lowest it is still playable on.

CPU: While gamin it gets to 80-90 degress celsius. When it does nothing it is around 50-60.
Haven't tested the gpu yet.

That CPU will throttle at 95c. If it is getting that hot, it might be throttling.

Gpu's temp at doing nothing is around 50 C, while playing cs go on the lowest possible settings 82 C.
