Question Laptop plugged in not charging, windows 7 , please read details

Atleast once every week , laptop shows this problem of plugged in and not charging. It starts working again only after reinstalling drivers (microsift acpi control battery driver) and removing battery for a while and re insert again.

i have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. can anybody help, i am frustrated by having to remove battery every week from laptop.

i have a dell inspiron 15 3521 btw.

Going by the age of the thing, I'd start with a new battery.

the battery has been replaced once, and is 2 years old only...i think the problem is in drivers, so needed help there.....help other than reinstalling the OS if any..
