The main problems I've been having are:

No space on the C Drive at all, despite deleting as many unused programs and data as possible (I noticed, when backing up to my external drive, that the 'PerfLogs' folder was huge, although it doesn't register any size in Windows Explorer).

Occasional spontaneous dimming of the screen, which sometimes rectifies itself.

The driver for my printer vanishing.

My sound has stopped working.

Sometimes picture thumbnails don't appear in 'Windows Explorer'.

Windows Photo Viewer not working.

Not being able to open Word files due to lack of space.

Needing to re-sign into OneDrive, which never happened before.

I'd be very grateful for any help and advice anyone can give.

Install and run either WinDirStat, or WizTree.

Run as Administrator, selecting only the drive in question.
Post a screencap here.

Also, a screencap of your Disk Management window.

I would suggest you to extend your C drive partition volume by using other partition using minitool if you have space on the other partition on same drive. Or use CCleaner to remove the junk files.
