Laptop Problems

Recently My sister's laptop keep having weird issue,
firstly wifi keeps disconnecting
rainmeter keeps disappearing
a duplicate wifi with a "different name" shows up only in her laptop Picture Here
her background image keeps going black
and her laptop became slower slightly

she said she accidentally connect to the duplicate wifi thing as said above
and this started happening
I need help or a fix I can do and I'm currently running a anti virus scan

edit: also for some reason the windows updater doesn't work kinda, and its still windows 10 ver 1909 and the updater doesn't detect any updates to go to a higher version

Make and model of the laptop and it's SKU? To me, it seems like your OS has gone corrupt. Before you go off trying to reinstall the OS, see if you can forget the WiFi hotspot that your sister accidentally connected to.

If that doesn't solve the issue, you're best off, reinstalling the OS from scratch, and manually installing all drivers meant for your laptop. That would be faster than trying to find the needle in the haystack.

What OS are you on and what version of the OS are you working with, if it's indeed Windows 10?

Uh it appears to the wifi i connect, just now I connected to our main wifi
and now the tanda one disappeared but then the same thing happened but with the new wifi this time also I don't know what model this is buts its a hp laptop

also my sister doesn't own the premium version of avast so avast cant clean it
