Question Laptop RAM slot B doesn't work anymore after Installing a new RAM

My old Samsung RV510's RAM slot B is not working anymore after installing the new RAM with higher clock speed and higher module (from 2GB to 4GB) laptop doesn't boot anymore. So, I tried to insert the original RAMs back into their respective RAM slot, and still, it doesn't boot. However, if I remove the RAM from the slot B, the laptop boots. So basically, any RAM I place at slot B, won't make it boot. Any idea how to fix this?

Actions done:
•Reseat RAM
•Reseat CMOS battery
•Swap/Swithed places with the old RAM

What stick of ram are you working with? If you can't find them off the www, please share the stickered info on the side of the stick of ram. Did you make sure you were on the latest BIOS version prior to upgrading your ram? Have you inspected the ram slot for any bent pins?
