Hello everyone - first time posting here,

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3567 Laptop with the following specs:
Intel Core i5 7200U
500GB SSD (Crucial MX500)
Intel HD Graphics 620
8 GB DDR4-2400

I have a second slot open for RAM and want to expand to 16 GB as I may need it for engineering classes, and I generally like to keep a ton of Google Chrome tabs open. Rather than buying two new 8 GB sticks I wanted to save money by purchasing an identical stick to my current 8 GB stick - however I can't find an exact match.

Here is an image of the 8 GB stick currently in my laptop: image

And after searching the model number the closest thing I found is this amazon listing: link

They have what seems to be identical specs, and I even noticed the board layout looks to be the same as well. Will these two sticks work well together?

Thank you for your time.

Solution
It's the same, just the sticker is a little different.
Will they work together? All anyone can tell you is a solid ' MAYBE'.
Mixing memory is always a gamble. Sometimes it works. When it doesn't... the symptoms might not appear right away either.

Thanks for the response. That's interesting - what symptoms might appear later on?
