I've been facing an internet issue with a new laptop I recently bought. It's a Dell inspiron 15, 7000 series. I have 2 available connections, a local wifi connection and a hotspot connection from my mobile. Both use different ISPs.
My problem is that randomly 1-3 hours into playing video games, I get disconnected from my connection with the error "Not connected to the internet" and when I quickly try to switch connections to the local wifi, i get the same error. the only way I would reconnect was to quickly restart my laptop, but I've been penalized ingame for getting disconnected unfortunately. I prioritize using my mobile hotspot because i get a better connection.
I hope you guys can help me out. I haven't played around with the wireless settings before. If you need anymore information, i'll do my best to provide it, to help you analyze the issue.
